WHO WE ARE

Mylucky88 — More Than Just a Gaming Platform, This Is Our Community

mylucky88 was founded in 2018 with one clear goal: to create an online casino platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. We know that local players want more than just games — they want a platform they can trust, one that is easy to use, fast with financial transactions, and always available when needed.

With over six years in operation, mylucky88 has grown from a small platform into one of the most popular online gaming destinations in Malaysia, with over 500,000 registered members nationwide — from Perlis to Sabah, from major cities to small towns.

What sets mylucky88 from other platforms is not just the size of our game collection or the bonus values we offer. What truly sets us apart is our approach to every player — you are not just an ID number in our database. You are part of the extended mylucky88, and your satisfaction is the true measure of our success.

"We believe the best gaming experience starts with trust. Without trust, nothing else matters — and that is why security and fairness have always been our top priority at mylucky88."

Our team comprises over 200 experienced professionals in technology, customer service, cybersecurity, and game development. Every decision we make — from interface design to bonus payout rates — is guided by one key question: is this the best for our players?

OUR CORE VALUES

Principles That Guide Every Decision at mylucky88

Five core values that form the foundation of our work culture and service to every player

🛡️
Uncompromising Integrity

We operate to the highest ethical standards. Every game at mylucky88 uses an independently certified random number generator (RNG), ensuring that the outcome of every round is 100% random and cannot be manipulated by anyone — including us.

👥
Players Always Come First

At mylucky88, every business decision is tested against one key parameter: does this benefit our players? From bonus rates to withdrawal speed, every aspect of the platform is built with the player's perspective as our primary guide.

🔍
Transparency in Everything

We publish payout percentages (RTP) for every game, explain promotional terms in plain language, and notify players of any policy changes with adequate notice. No hidden agenda at mylucky88.

💡
Meaningful Innovation

We do not innovate for the sake of it. Every new feature we add and every improvement we make must deliver real value to the gaming experience. Technology is a tool to enhance player enjoyment and convenience, not merely a gimmick.

🌱
Responsible Gaming

Mylucky88 is committed to responsible gaming. We offer daily betting limits, monthly deposit caps, and self-exclusion options for players who need them. Player well-being always comes before any financial consideration.

Every account mylucky88 comes equipped with daily and weekly betting limit options that players can set themselves. You can also set a monthly deposit limit to keep your spending within your means. These tools are easily accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact customer support.

For players who feel they need a break, the Self-Pause feature is available with duration options ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During the pause period, your account will be fully blocked from any wagering activity, helping you rest and calmly reconsider your playing habits.
